I ditched them when they asked people to pay R99 a month for the keep your capped "data-topup" options. Moved to WebAfrica and have had amazing service since then. Even managed to move the family from Mweb saving them R 300 extra a month.
 
I've been with crystalweb now for almost 2 years and not once have i been throttled or shaped no matter what my Usage is. Some months i avg about 400gb if not more so i'm verry happy with Crystalweb and i'm looking to go Fibre through them too. just hope the companies wake up and come do fibre quick
