BioWare learning from Skyrim and making notes for Dragon Age 3

They make to totally different types of rpg's. BW are much more story/character orientated while bethesda's is more about the player and exploration. They can take somethings but I really hope they don't change too much, just go back to dao and forget da2's shambles...

They messed things up a bit in Dragon Age 2. It just felt... arcadey, too easy and somewhat claustrophobic to me.

I played Dark Souls afterwards and I was like... oooooh, that's why DA2 felt shitty. Dragon Age 3 should be combination of Dark Souls and Skyrim. Not World of Warcraft and Diablo.

Keen to see what they end up creating. I have mentioned before on this forum that BioWare are quite good at listening to what players want (evident in the Mass Effect games) and I am sure that they will try and make something epic that players would like.

I wouldn't mind a more open game like Skyrim with a strong focused narrative like that of Origins.

I'm yet to play Skyrim, but I appreciate that Bioware learns from their "mistakes" and are willing to learn from others. If only they weren't paired up with EA, they'd be perfect.

as long as they dont make the game as rubbish as the first then im happy. i was not very impressed with dao, could not jump could not go certain places due to invis walls etc.. not my type of game so never bothered to play da2 after all the bad reviews. Hopefully da3 will be better and maybe ill give it a go.
