The only way CoD: Black Ops II can be better than any other CoD before it, is if it can produce graphic and cinematic detail far beyond of what they're currently doing. I like that Treyarch are taking on a more futuristic appeal to the game, based on what they've done before.
They seem to be making a big fuss about how much better looking the game will be. So I figure they'll wanna be on par with the Frostbite 2 Engine or CryEngine 3 or even the Dunia Engine (Used to power FarCry 2), or at least something close to it. Maybe that's expecting a bit much from a game that's only in development for 2 or so years (my assumption).
