First 5 minutes and servers where down. Since then its been plain sailing.

I think Blizzard have been very transparent during this, communicating back to the community and fixing it very quickly.

And while there will no doubt be alot of renewed Nerd Rage on the topic of always on internet I think thus far, even taking the launch day issues of D3 into account, the pro's of the system out weights the cons, IMO anyways.

Its one of the stages, like grieving.

First there is anticipation, then there is excitement, followed by disappointment then comes rage, acceptance & finally (once you get in) Amazement.

Yeh I was humming the P word quite a lot. Imagine this- come home from a s**t day at work, install Diablo; get excited; Error 37. Not ideal.
