Sony has announced Bloodborne Game of the Year Edition will be available in Europe from November 25.

The repackaged version of the original game will also come with The Old Hunters expansion revealed at last month's Tokyo Game Show.

Additionally, alongside the news about the GOTY version of the game, some new information was revealed about the upcoming expansion:

"The Old Hunters challenges players to explore entirely new environments, including a monolithic clock tower, filled with Bloodborne’s traditional blend of risk, reward and frightening boss encounters," a post reads. "In addition to new environments, you’ll also gain access to new outfits and weapons to bolster your beast-battling arsenal, including a fearsome new ranged weapon called Simon’s Bowblade.

"On top of this, The Old Hunters also offers players the ability to go native and transform into terrifying beasts."

The Game of the Year Edition appears to be the Western version of The Old Hunters Edition announced at TGS 2015, which it's believed will only be available in Japan. We've reached out to Sony for clarification along with news of an American release date and will update this story when we hear back.

The latest in From Software's library of tough-as-nails games, Bloodborne is a gothic action RPG with heavy Lovecraftian undertones.
