Braid dev ready for next gen consoles, current hardware “just not worth it” anymore

But I want games like Braid now not later, but in all honesty I have tons of respect for this guy and his next game (The Witness) looks hot.
 
I agree with him in some ways. There are definitely limitations but on the whole the current consoles are still pretty decent in my opinion.
