Well, to make a long story very short, she basically asks the rep "Does this smell like come to me?" (The perfume is has a french name for "Come to me"). A few bla bla's later, she says "No, still doesn't smell like come to me". Etc.

The moral of the story is, test your perfume at home, apparently.
