BT Games - Cancelling your D3 CE even if you've paid the Full Amount.

I must say that it all depends on what store you buy from.

Just to chip in my 2c, I couldn't agree more on this. I have been pre-ordering titles from BT Games in Brooklyn PTA since they opened. Roughly 10 or so titles, cross platform / genre / hype level. I have never had an issue with my preorder.

Given the horror stories I have read about other branches, it does seem a trend that certain branches are good, while others aren't. Someone should speak to a friend in BT and just let them know, because this sort of thing spoils the entire brand's reputation.

This is a challenge for any growing brand, since expansion means hiring new people, and you can't always be 100% sure of the people you hire... but ye sad to see some staffing issues bringing down a proudly south african brand that has done really well to expand their horizons.
