Try using some of those. They should send you an email about payment within one working day.

Wow, that post was especially terrible, even by newbie standards. Just one single punctuation mark in the entire post, and then it's not even used correctly either.

Just don't support them, that is what I do after numerous events of fail.

I am not sure what is going on there in this post. What is the actual question here?

Someone care to explain?

I also ordered online once and got it on time, plus I get great service from my local BT - knowledgable and friendly guys working there.
I have had bad experiences at other branches though.

That is one thing that pisses me off about BT game branches here is Pretoria. There is no knowledge. I once overheard a guy (speaking with some weird American accent) telling a customer that he shouldn't pre-order Borderlands 2 because it is going to be shit in his opinion. How do you tune a customer not to order something when they want to?

The customer service is kak, but I like going to the shop and checking what is happening. Also, they have some nice specials, which I really do like from them.

Yeah I've been to some stores with windgat little shites commenting on everything and giving particularly younger customers bullshit answers. I haven't been back there since because apparently I 'made a scene'.

There are tons of those little windgat ones. To be more specific, Menlyn has a terrible guy there (where it happened). One of the guys at Brooklyn sold me someone else's pre-order of Skyrim, when there was an obvious shortage of games available. I can't really say that it is all of them, as I have seen one of the guys at Westgate informing the parents that their underage kid was buying a game that was not age-appropriate for him and if they consent to the sale of the game. That is something that I haven't seen anywhere else. Got to give him kudos for that. He stopped another 11 year old CoD player that would have probably ended up insulting all of our mothers online.

Yeah they do that here as well. It's weird seeing them enforce age restrictions - even if the mother decides in the end that 11 year old Little Jimmy can have God of War III.

Yeah. When I was in high school and wanted a game that was age restricted, there was nothing that stopped me from getting the game. I don't think that there were many of those, but still, can't recall that it ever happened to me.

Never happened to me either. Well I highly doubt my parents would have kicked up a fuss about Sonic, Mario or Tony Hawk. But some parents clearly do take them seriously. I've often heard parents asking the guy if the game is appropriate for children or first checking age restrictions.
(Still, I don't see why Modern Warfare 3 is rated 18 to be honest).

Perhaps it relates to the on-screen violence...then again, there are very few games that don't have some form of on-screen violence. I can understand something like GTA:SA, but not really CoD

What? But on another note, I suggest you ditch BTgames, they are horrible . Try takealot.com , their prices are a bit lower and they have a free delivery option (to your front door) for the majority of games.
