Budget Cards

So, i wanted some opinions on these cards, I think they're meant for budget pcs, im looking to build one for my brother :)
Gigabyte Radeon Rx 460 Windforce OC 2GB.
Gigabyte Radeon Rx 460 Windforce OC 4GB.
Evga Geforce Gtx 1050 SSC 2Gb Gddr5.
EVGA Geforce Gtx 1050 ti SC 4Gb.
ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX 470 4GB.
Any thoughts?
 
I've got the 4GB RX 460 and I'm very happy with it. Plays most new games fine, but I can't play on ultra; maybe if I had more RAM (only 6GB). The only game that performs really bad is Just Cause 3, but I think there might be some other issue as well as the fact that it is badly optimised.

If you can afford it the RX 470 is worth the bit extra - from what I've read it's closer in performance to a 480 than a 460.
