Hey Guys

So my dad know's some people who's really not doing too great. The kid wants to study IT so my dad decided to help them and he's willing to get the kid a pc.

He's willing to spend about R3k, now I know it's not a lot, but it's something and it's at least a start.

Now I haven't been in the pc game for a while so lost track of some of the latest technology out there. So keep it clean hey ;) :

Cooler Master K280, Mid Tower - R375
MSI H61M-P31 (G3), LGA1155, Intel H61 mobo - R461
Intel Pentium G630, 2.7GHz - R617
GIGABYTE GV-R545-1GI, HD5450, 1GB - R310
Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD3200BPVT, 320GB, 2.5" 9.5mm, SATA3G , 5400rpm - R553
GIGABYTE M6800 mouse - R83
Logitech K120 keyboard - R98
Samsung S19A10N, 18.5" Wide LCD - R778
GIGABYTE ODIN, 370w psu - R238
Logitech LS11 speakers - R164
2 x Transcend JM1333KLN-2G, JetRam, 2GB, DDR3-1333 - R208

Total = R 3,885

It's a little over budget but I'll donate the rest.

Thanks in advance!

You should also consider a Raspberry Pi. It was specifically made for education purposes and getting cheaper hardware into the hands of kids who want to learn about computers and programming.

You couldn't get a worse PSU, one surge and there goes your Pc.
