So im playing burnout and for some reason I do not see crash mode...... is it available in this Burnout???? i'll be a little dissapointed I really want crash mode :(:(

What do you mean crash mode? All burnout is, is crash mode.

Depending on the type of traffic light race you choose, you can do sprints-to-be-1st/take-down-10-cars/cause-a-huge-pile-up-and-generate-most-points/whatnot...

You also crash a car off the road if it's a featured one and then simply buy it from the scrap yard ... and you earn booster bonuses if you wipe out other cars without wrecking your own.

Yeh thats what i mean the pile up crash mode is what i am looking for but i have been driving around and cant find them :p
 
Yup, there's no ruch thing... if you want to start something similar to that of the previous installments, simply hit your two bumpers (LB+RB) whilst cruising down a busy street.

yeh that i did notice you tap the 2 buttons and your car goes into showtime mode and you just start destroying other vehicles you touch but i dont see why you cant cause a contraversy and get points when other cars ram into each other it kinda defeats the whole point anyway so in a sense it doesnt really count if you kno what i mean :p

Being a huge burnout fan from the first burnout, I am very disapointed with Showtime... Like you mentioned there, the cars don't bang into each other like they do on previous installments. I give them credit for giving the AI drivers some eyes. At least they stop at the sight of an accident.
I guess you have to keep an eye out on where you start the showtime, because the showtime record is kept from that point and not where you land up. So if you know of a great parking lot or location with loads of busses, make your way there after starting on the road you want to break the record on.
Its best to use a stunt car.

I used that car that looks like a Mitsubishi almost lol... but like i get into that showtime mode and then it's quite funny the way it hops around :D
 
I got this burnout revenge and been playing for a week or so... I honestly dont like it that much! Pretty boring and the graphics are not good!!

I enjoyed the ones at the arcades much more though...

Dude Burnout Revenge has been out since about 2006 already i think and I have never seen burnout in the arcades but damn would have been awesome to have played them there.... I have played every single one of them and loved them all but the new one for me was pretty dissapointing at first but i got the hang of hit quickly and im hoping for an Addon that invites traffic crash mode :D

Soz... My bad; i meant Burnout Paradise:o Thats the one i have on PC now! But i have played Burnout (not sure which one) at the arcades a couple of years ago.. Think might have been in Nelspruit; cant remember!

But on the arcade... WHOOP!! Loved it:D

I would have loved to play burnout at the arcade would've showed people how i dominate the streets jhb style lmao :D
