Busy Persons workouts

This is a thread for those of us not at gym, those of us who dont have the energy to wake up at 4am to exercise or do it after work. To help those busy people with their lifestyle without making their schedule explode.

The reason there are no men in the videos is because i cringe while watching males try smile and be super supportive

if you can find it online, go look at the Sean T 25 min workouts. they are great for when you dont have a lot of time to exercise and is really a good workout. i got the whole 10 week programme from a friend with all the workout schedules
 
I am looking for aqua aerobics stuff, whilst I can use the pool I want to, my joints love me for it
