Can anyone recommend a good Pc gaming headset under R1500?

Where do I find usb ones checked pc shops and music stores already in PMB? May have to go to Durban for it.

There's a headset called the Somic G909 which is an exact replica of a pair of Creative headphones I believe.

I paid R450 for the Somic set before giving it away and it fairs really well for its price range.

Haha for the price, that headset works.

Even has a button for bass vibrations. The mic is very response and clear and doesn't seem to pick up on any breathing of the sort.

Cool thanks going there after work will use with skype too so thats a plus with mic :D.

I dont talk when raiding lol so for gaming its pointless, but the sound will be nicer than my old headphones.

Is it really 7.1 as websites say?

how do you mute it ?
 
hey, i just remembered that I have a Sennheiser HD202 at home :) so all i need then is a small clip on mic? i have tried checking online but not having much luck finding a decent one. any recommendations ??
