Cap Nazis

Do you know of anyone who is a cap Nazi? Who monitors you cap usage and freaks if you use like 50 MB in a day? Or are you a cap Nazi? I.e. you limit yourself?

I just ask because my mom is a cap Nazi and want to know how many others there are out there.

I am. Local cap is so boring. But I do download mods at 100mb and I shit myself while it downloads.
 
Nope not anymore but the first 3months I was like that but then it leveled out and no more worries over cap.

But like I am waiting for the beta of BF BC2 and hopefully its not over 1.4gig or else I don't have enough bandwidth for it.

But met someone that freaks out if someone uses more then 30megs, but then I quess monitoring 6 users and make sure all of them gets a fair share is stressful.
 
I used to be, back when I was on a 1gb package. But I'm on 8gb now, and since I'm overseas quite a bit, I get data rollover, leaving me with 16gb of bandwidth whenever I get back to SA. Since I typically use only around 3-4gb a month, I don't even look at my bandwidth reports anymore. :P
 
Used to have a 3gig cap and we tried to limit ourselves to 100mb per day between my brother, mom, and me. but when ever I opened i tiny itty bitty picture, everyone went nuts as if I was eating all 3 gigs and 2 seconds. ell, the speed coundn't keep 100mb per day anyways.

Lol I am the only one here that uses my net. I had a 4mb line(telkom gave it to me by mistake) And I would use my cap in a few days
 
Well I'm pratically the only one who uses my line in my house and I come from 500mb 3G so I used to limit myself to about 16mb a day lol.

Now I'm on 3GB don't check up on my usage anymore
 
I like to make it last right to the end, but i do get PO'd if I dont cap by the end of the month. I hate Telkom making money out of me for nothing, and not capping is giving em that for free. GRRRRR
 
LOl I try and only use 30 Mb of international a day, I like it to last me till the last day of the month..... unless nashua has a bloody error which makes you think you had 300mbs extra but you actually had none and now you capped 2 days before the end of the month! :mad:
 
i usually finish 3 gigs in 2 days, then i use my local to play online locally and to download my fav tv shows etc. if i need to visit a int site all i do is open opera mini on my phone and bobs ur uncle
 
I check my usage about 4 times a day.i have a fear that someone might hack my wireless network and use up all my bandwidth :D
 
I use about 7gigs a month, depending when. if its during hols then it goes up. Even just after a few webpages its already like 100mb, and no, noone is hacking into my network. Thing is that there are 2 other people on.

Mostly use mine for gaming, the occasional downloads and vids. I could Not survive with a 1gig cap that is ludicrous.

I was worried about mine mostly because of my dad being on Google Earth and you choop 24/7.

Since I got the 10GB package on Afrihost for even less than what I was paying for just over half that, I don't think I've even checked my BW reports once.
 
Used to be paranoid about caps, thats why I went uncapped - and I, and everying one in the house, can download as much as they want, whenever they want.
