I need an approximate number of attendees for booking the corporate area (unless you want to pitch up at the public area and hope that we get a spot).
Can we get people to confirm? Or shall we just make up a number and see if we need to adjust it later.
Basically, what I'm saying is, I don't want to book the cororate area if we're less than 20 people.

Waiting for the guy to call me back with pricings.

I don't mind chatting to her if you'd like. It's likely I'll be there throughout, and I'm a non-drinking, non-drug-taking, ridiculously responsible girl, sure to set the most worried of minds to rest :)

Plans won't be changing. The date is set. the times are to be decided on (afternoon?). The venue is to be confirmed shortly.
