Captain Price Coming to Call of Duty: Ghosts?

Infinity Ward is teasing that Modern Warfare star Captain Price is set to make an appear in Call of Duty: Ghosts before too long.

A tweet from the developer bearing the words "Price is Coming" has led to a flurry of speculation that the former-COD star is set to resurface in future DLC for the latest entry in Activision's shooter franchise.

In the image above he's pictured on the multiplayer map Stonehaven, lending credence to the idea that he's set to join the roster as a downloadable multiplayer skin, just as Simon "Ghost" Riley did for those who pre-ordered.

YouTuber TWiiNSANE did some digging and, though the video has since been taken down by Activision, he claims a personalisation pack is on the way on February 18, that'll include a Price-themed player skin, weapon camo, reticle, patch, playercard and background.

Is it legit? Thankfully, we won't have long to wait before finding out.

Haha, have they completely run out of original ideas? Ever since the brought him back from the dead in MW2. Seriously, he (seemed to) die in MW1 and then in 2 he's rotting in some gulag?
 
You guys must realize, Superman also died, as did Spider-man, as did Batman, as did Captain America, etc etc. All the greats make comebacks...from the dead.
 
captain price cant die (he's like mugabe), hell the guy's been around since COD 2, remember the tutorial.

Judging from his looks, he is an old man (maybe in his 50s or 60s?).. that should die soon and cannot still be fit to be on a battlefield. I guess the devs won't look at it that way.

Maybe even future Cod's will have Price as a cyborg in the game :D
 
I though Captain Macmillan was a better character than price, loved his thick accent :) Although I may be biased towards the fact that those levels of CoD4 were honestly some of the best gameplay I have experienced in a game.

Macmillan is too cool for the franchise; they have to use him sparingly lest he overshadow the rest of the cast
