Are they better than the 10.3's? Got MASSIVE texture pop in in GTA 4 with last month's driver.

Im proud to say i officially own an ATI 5670 and loving it... no complaints whatsoever and what is even more surprising is the updates for the Card are like small to download compared to Nvidia drivers ranging at about 170mb give or take...
