Cellphone battery

I have had to recharge my Samsung E860V [it is nearly 5 years old] more often lately and
suspect that it battery may be on its last legs.

Do you perhaps know of any online retailers who sell cellphone batteries?
I would like to find out how much a new battery is going to cost so as to decide whether
to buy a new Lithium Ion battery or a new, cheap cellphone.

i dont even think i have ever had a cellphone that long....i hardly keep my cellphone for the 2years that the contract is.
 
I am not sure of anyone online who sells, I normally go around to a few shops and manage to find someone who stocks such things.

But a battery of a 5 year old phone... that might be VERY hard to come by.
 
Try the flea markets, I've had luck there before.

Bruma Lake or Boksburg are your best bet.

I am a prepaid customer and therefor don't qualify
for upgrades.

I have tried calling the Vodashop but their line is either engaged or not answered.

I shall go and have a look on the Samsung website.

If it does turn out to be pricey, I see that CNA are selling Nokia 1200s for
R99
