If you want career mode, then you want Rugby Challenge 3 - also had licensed Currie Cup. I've never been a fan of the Rugby franchise from Big Ben after the let down of Rugby 15. Rugby 18 looks similar to Rugby 15 - still nowhere near Rugby Challenge 3 (which also has a fully licensed sevens mode).

I enjoyed the ea rugby 2003 and 2008 I think.
I must try rugby challenge 3.
