Chivalry Medieval Warfare and Deadliest Warrior

Hi Guys,

Does anyone here perhaps know whether there's an active community for these 2 games in SA? I recently really wanted to buy Deadliest Warrior, but I'm not sure whether it's worth spending 15$ on this game if there's noone that's actually playing it locally.

Are there even any kind of local servers for this game?
 
Ther is still a Chivalry thread somewhere in the pc game section. I only played it twice since purchase, wouldn't mind getting back into it again

Hmm.. Ok thanks. Didn't see it, my bad! Then again, that thread's not very active, hence my doubt. Think that kinda proves a point haha. Man, that really sucks.

Guys, SA needs a bigger gaming community!! Dammit :(

Couldn't agree more. Buying multiplayer games that aren't Battlefield or CoD is a huge risk here, because you never know if you'll find anyone to play with, or even local servers.

Yeah, I learnt my lesson with that before, that's exactly why I'm asking around first. This makes me really sad tho, as I feel we as SA gamers are missing out of so many games and so much fun that could have been had if we had a somewhat larger and exposed gaming community.

So many cool games, so little people to play them. And then of course our countries little location problem relative to the rest of the gaming world (EU and US).

Anyway, I hope there will be a sudden large influx of posts in this thread with a hidden, massive community for these games! :D

Shoot it's been a while since i played it but the last 2 times i went online both MWEB servers were empty.
 
Here here, why is no one playing this game anymore? Bloody CoD noobs.

Been playing on international servers with 200 ping, get kicked pretty fast. Very sad state of affairs. Seen a grand total of 2 people on the one and only local server in the passed week.
 
I have a backup of it I could install, if a few guys are keen for tomorrow?
