How does this mouse compare to the CM Storm Spawn Optical Mouse and is it worth the extra R150?

I've got the X7 Laser Mouse at the moment (Razer I think... who knows) and it worked great but the wheel is now messing me around. I'll first try to open it and maybe clean it a bit, but if that fails, I'm getting a new mouse.
