CNA Online - Specials, Promotions, Support

Damn, i wouldnt have signed for that ans send it right back with the courier.
CNA online has been a disappointment all the way through. I would never do business with them again. No matter how good the specials are. All this hassle and trouble was not worth it.

To be fair, [MENTION=10397]CNA Online[/MENTION] has been pretty good lately. I recall two or three guys waiting for games longer than expected, but everything else could be placed solely on Dawn Wing's door step. But until they get a new courier, I also won't be using them.
 
Luckily my order from CNA Online was a shock resistant external hard drive. The box it came in looked fine though.

Throughout this saga she has had to bear the brunt of a lot of unhappiness on behalf of the company. Okay, quick update. Parcel has just been delivered. With it came more reason for [MENTION=10397]CNA Online[/MENTION] to seriously rethink their courier service...

I wasn't there myself but lucky Mrs Redd was. She says the DW driver was (in her words) "piss drunk, stank like a pig, and clearly shouldn't be driving a vehicle right now". Then she sent me pics of the parcel:

I know you have had a lot of flak of late, from numerous sources, though despite everything I can't fault your PR. As you mentioned, it is good to know you have your priorities right and keep up the communication with customers.

I wish CNA would partner with FNB and accept eBucks.

I'm sure they would if they could. eBucks only accepts stores that offer something different to their current partners (CNA is probably too close to IC, or even Takealot). It has to be a really unique sector, and even then eBucks still may not be interested in partnering with them.
