Neither do I - I'm patient enough to wait for the inevitable price drop. But the fact that something like CoD sells kagillions of copies at premium price in one day speaks volumes.
Certain PC games are also treading the R450 - R500 mark.
 
with the next gen game prices there should not be a reason why anyone with internet would not want to be on PS+.
Free games every month.

Ok you were ripped off, I paid R500 for the collectors edition of Forza 2 and R450 for Bioshock back in 2007. I cannot see the games would've been that high in 2007, I even paid R500 for the Gears of War collectors edition in 2006 while the vanilia was R400. The prices only went ape around 2008 when the R/$ first went moggy and even after it recovered we were still charged the same prices for games. Now it seems it's repeating and we will be paying higher prices again for the forseeable future.
Though there was a time in 2003 when PS2 game prices were hitting R700 or so when the R/$ was used as the excuse.

But it's still R120 more expensive if bought cash. These guys are pricing themselves out of the market IMO. There is no chance that I pay this much for a game. Fortunately for me I game on PC mostly and we have choices.

Your prices are quite crazy sometimes and I can find some games for 1/3rd of the price elsewhere.

Bought Skylanders for my Xbox for R300 and it was R700+ at CNA.

I don't think any other retailer offer so many options. Glad I pre-ordered with you guys :).
