Co-op games on PC

Any recommendations for decent co-op games on PC for me and my wife? We're busy playing Borderlands 1.5 (which can feel a bit long at times) and we've just finished Dead Rising 3.

Tried Dead Island with a friend once but I was bored most of the time while playing it. Played for about 2 hours. We've already finished Saints Row 2, 3 & 4, but we might replay that.

Are any of the Battlefield games co-op?

Orcs must die 2 is fun in co op.

Once I'm at my pc I can check what else I've played.

Me and my lady played quite a bit of Don't Starve Together...that's quite fun. you can set the "difficulty" of it by customizing your world to your liking, so it won't ever be too "frustrating".

then stalking your steam profile, spec ops has co-op I believe. Sanctum 2 can be kinda cool to play in co-op as well.

Any of the Borderlands games are great for co-op (well the non-telltale ones),
Also do you count ARK as co-op? It's Multiplayer and PvE, but when I think of Co-op I normally think, more of a story driven game with missions.
Farcry 4 has a nice Co-op mode too.

Thanks for the replies so far.

I loved Portal 2, Sanctum and Orcs Must Die 2 but my wife doesn't find it that entertaining. I'll maybe let her try Orcs Must Die again, maybe she's grown into it. She also don't like the top-down view games so Diablo is out (she saw my playing a bit of Bard's Tale... liked the humour, but not the camera angle).

We're currently playing Borderlands.
I'll check out Far Cry 4. That's something she'll like. Is it the whole story that is co-op or just certain missions?

You said you tried Dead Island?
I also found that quite boring, but its 'successor'- Dying Light & The Following expansion is awesome co-op. MUCH better game, and you dont even have to play story (which is a bit b-grade, but still fun - though it progresses you to better loots!)
So if you're into some real epic zombie slaying with someone (or being slain, if you try the Night Hunter) - then give this one a go.
