Hi guys and girls,
I thought I would post this here to help anyone in the future who comes across this very annoying problem. I started noticing in games such as Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Starcraft 2 that my screen's colors would get this weird "flickering" effect. It happened during loading screen (especially on SC2) but you could notice it during gameplay as well. The orange colors on Bad Company 2's menu was also especially noticeable.
Because I run a SLI setup, I tried the first thing any SLI owner should do and disabled SLI and tried again. It solved the issue! Now the question was; Why is my SLI causing this?
After re-installing drivers, checking cables, using a different monitor etc. I went for broke and opened up my PC and removed that little SLI bridge connector, turned it around an re-seated it.
PROBLEM SOLVED.
It seems that even though the connector looked fine, obviously dust or heat caused it to become ever-so-slightly unseated from it's connection point. All I had to do was to re-seat the bugger and everything is now back to normal.
