Looking at getting a PS3 myself, a small price cut would be a nice incentive. Some great exclusives coming out for the PS3 this year, sorry microsoft, except for gears 3 this year belongs to Sony.

Problem I have with the PS3 is the warranty. Only 1 year is bollocks IMO
