So i got rechargeable energizer batteries for my xbox 360 controller and now either my ocd :wtf: is acting up or I can actually feel the difference in weight and its bugging me.

Can anyone tell me if the rechargeable packs are lighter or heavier than standard batteries in the controller?

not sure but cant be more for than a few grams. You'll get used to it.

It's definitely heavier. I was surprised when I got a rechargeable pack (official XBox one) and felt the weight difference. They last ages though which is great.

How many hours are you guys getting out of your official Xbox recharge packs?

I only get about 10 hours with my no-name one I bought from Incredible Deception and I'm certain it should be lasting closer to the length of my Dualshock.

We have 4 different kinds of rechargable batteries. and ours generally last a couple of months(but we dont play xbox that much anymore). i do recall the batteries lasting atleast a month and thats from playing about an hour every 2nd night or so

The Nitho one (which I have) lasts for 10 hours if I'm lucky.

I have a official xbox batterypack and it normally lasts me about 1 and a half to 2 8 hour sessions.

I have the Nitho and it also only does 10 hours. I'm thinking of getting quality individual rechargeables and doing it manually.

We have energiser rechargables(they last the longest) and Kodak and something cold "uniros" rechargeables

I bought 3 of the official play and charge kits, and they all only lasted a charge or two before they became unchargeable.

I now use Eneloop rechargeable batteries.

I have the official play and charge and they last an entire night of Fifa with my buddies which can be about 8 hours. Whereas my friend still uses normal batteries and we always have to pop to the shop to get new ones. There may be a difference in weight but it's very slight.

The official MS rechargeable lasts about 4-5 days for me if i game 3-4 hours an evening
The chairman MAO ones I have lasts about a day and a half.

lol.. are you guys cyclists... they always complain about weight... maybe rather get a carbon fibre controller... lol!

There is a small difference in weight. I recently switched from rechargables to the battery pack and it feels lighter
