Not entirely helpful, but Wootware does sell the Raijintek Triton coolers which can expand into a custom loop and they include coolant dye for the cooler. Maybe send them a message and see if they can just source extra dye from the Triton coolers?

Did some research and couldn't find anywhere else that was immediately obvious. Hope this helps!
