I must've watched the 1987 movie of Masters of the Universe over a 100 times! Recognized the dialogue - classic stuff. Hope this game happens. Last He-man game was for the 2000's cartoon show that was a bit lackluster. There is a lot of great source material.
I agree that third person game would the way to go. Perhaps use of cell shading or like Borderlands graphics. Prince Adam stealth levels and He-man action ones. Cringer/Battlecat levels. Eternia under siege storyline or Skeletor and his latest WMD? Need something that will not alienate newcomers. Perfect opportunity to have drop in and out support from Man at Arms, Teela, Ram Man and Orko. Could go on...

Srsly. It's got like 2fps animation. And at some point it dawns on you that not one single episode has an actual storyline. It's a pretty heavy blow. Ditto goes for Thundercats, G.I. Joe, M.A.S.K., Voltron and Inspector Gadget. Thinly-disguised product placement ads, the lot of em.

80s and 90s cartoons are so much better than the shit on today.
I liked the 80s movie he-man masters of the universe.
And Yes I prefer conan. It was more brutal. And yes at the time I was playing the first mortal kombat at the arcades.

Um. No. I think most people realise it was a campy, ridiculous show with terrible dialogue, awful animation, and the most horrendous bunch of characters. That's why it's so rad. Same goes for that incredible 1987 live action movie.

Well put azi. I might have not been a fan of the cartoons(I never really watched them) but the movie is full of lols. So is conan. That was also full of lols. When conan says who are you? I loooled very hard.
The thing is cartoons back then where really fun to watch. and the 90s had x-men cartoon which was really awe full(but in a good way) Look at the conan comics. They make me lol very hard. Nearly every page is full of blood and some sort of sexual theme.
I mean you can't all your life just have serious programs or movies. It is called light entertainment. Real nerds dig stuff like this
