Could War Z be a scam?

Well the way the one dev insulted their players and considering how they just copy pasted the LoL TOS/EULA, this could be possible.
 
Judging by how unprofessional these guys are, the fact that their MMO only came to light after DayZ's success, the fact that their game is barely in alpha and the fact that they lied about numerous things tells me this is more than likely more than rumours.

I've decided not to support these assholes. Their attitude alone is enough to drive me away.
 
i doubt it is a scam but i must say the system requirements do seem a bit dodge , it needs 4 gigs ram minimum and yet only a 768 mb dx9 gfx card (dont they know dx9 is part of the xp era)
 
I'm still waiting for DayZ standalone, having never played the Arma mod. When is DayZ standalone coming out?
 
Rocket said he wanted to release it end of this year.

I think these Warz guys are just trying to make a quick buck
