things just don't want to get better in some respects :(

our dog was sick for a few days, took him to the vet and the diagnosis was not good...

basically it's one of those, prevention is the only cure type things.

even if he recovers he'll never truly recover due to the amount of damage to the muscle control centre's in his brain.

:(

Its a shame that these things happy. <--- Sorry meant to say happen.

Sorry for the pup.

:( At least someone is happy today

On a serious note though dude, I know how you feel. You can get very attached to pets. I would die if something had to happen to my puppy. I really hope it survives dude :(

got back from the vet a while ago, diagnosis is no chance of recovery :(

we're having him put to sleep, we are not gonna prolong his suffering :(

Sorry to hear that dude.

My dog went completely blind last year, he managed to get around for a year before we had to put him down due to him having a stroke. I know how kak that feels dude!

Hang in there.

As Ive already said good luck hun, my thoughts are with you.
At least your clever enough to realise its time to let him go rather than prolong his pain.

Friends of the family has an old boxer, hes got no teeth, cant walk has had 2 hip replacements and the wife still wont let them put him down.

My Afrikaans is kinda swak, so I'm not sure what happened, but I'm really sorry to hear that. Our 14-year old doggie had a stroke suddenly a few weeks ago, and we had to have her put down. I'm still so sad about it.

the silence today is deafening...

Sorry about your loss dude. It's obvious that anyone that cares this much about their pets sees them as part of the family.

After the first dog that I ever had died, a Border Collie I (he was 16 years old) I was really sad. The best thing to do is just to get a new puppy. I'm still sad about the other one some days, but that's life.. :(

first we need to clean the spot where the dogs sleep and fumigate the honde hok, to kill any latent virus before we can even think about getting a new pet, other wise the new one will sadly go the same route. this virus is one nasty piece of work.

mutated some how from the measles virus in humans :(

how sad is that, mans best friend killed by his master :(
