So far my first impressions are MEH. The game has froze three times in a row just as I load the map, I havent even been able to play for 1 second. Apparently the problem is with my wireless connection, I really dont feel like getting a 10m long ethernet cable just to play the demo. Apparently a patch is coming soon.

Dont they test games anymore. (Yes I know its a beta)

Why don't you get a 10m cable for the long run then :D

Wired is always better than wireless.
 
Game also froze on my console. Thought it's because I used a DVD disk instead of a USB to play the game
 
Ok I bought a cable and wired the console - suddenly all is well with the game. Feels a lot like a futuristic COD mixed in with battefield's hit detection/mechanics, reminds me a lot of the MOH beta. Gameplay is fast and frantic, If I remember correctly I could run for a unlimited amount of time. Maps are small to medium sized, well the one in the beta is. Hit detection is average, I'm sure they will fix this before final release.

The game is very buggy but the bugs are more amusing than annoying, like reload animations not showing properly or a teamie shooting with an invisible turret. It takes a while to get used to the fact that you dont need to use stairs anymore, you can simply jump to the upper floors if that's where you wanna go. I'm not blown away nor am I put off by the beta, lets wait and see.

Problem is, I think I'm always the host... on my crappy line... I'm the only one with all green bars, while the rest have 1 Red bar only... Also, even after Migration, I'm still the host

Thats normal, happened to me as well, think its just a bug.
 
Nice one on buying that cable, told ya! :p

As for the demo, I'm pretty sure they will polish it a bit more before. I really hope this isn't a BLOPS v2.0.
