People were complaining about low-res textures back in Crysis 2. Apparently it wasn't as good as Crysis.

I never quite got it. Who's looking at ground textures when there are aliens trying to shoot your balls off?

Dudes try this mod and you will see that even when playing normally you will notice the smallest details. I used verstion 3.0 on a mod called black fire 2 and the game was 10 times better

It might look better now but there really isn't a reason to replay it. I finished it once and probably won't go back to replay no matter how good It looks.
