Crysis 2 Multiplayer

I see mweb has three Crysis 2 servers running with some decent pings. When I checked now they were empty but does anyone know if they get played on at all? Is anyone interested in going a few rounds some time?

I can give it a go next month when I get my uncapped line back. My poor 10gig cap won't be able to download the game.
 
I'd also be interested in playing - currently have it installed - just need to check if there are updates to install with it be thew maximum edition.
 
I also have Crysis 2. love playing it but only at the end of the month lol I'm visiting relatives for a month then I'm.back to my PC :D
 
I'll join as soon as I have the game downloaded.

Playing a different copy of the game, for now.

Where will Crysis 2 be installed using Steam? There is no folder in steamapps/common crysis 2 folder :confused:

Watched a multiplayer review earlier and the guy said it felt like a mix between Modern Warfare and Battlefield. My download is past halfway now, so I'll know for myself tomorrow :)
 
The MP is very Call of Duty in terms of pace and map size. The only thing setting it apart is suit abilities which absolutely must be mastered if you want a positive kd. (which we all want right:) )
There are also a good few suit and weapon attachments to unlock adding to the tactical flavour.
 
Well i just bought Crysis 2on humble bundle...download should be finished by tonight....so would be willing to give this a try...
(If i can find time between warframe etc..lol)

still have to download mine, will do it tonight (taking a break from warframe for a bit)
 
Just bear in mind - you may get shot to pieces first couple of rounds. Its a very fast game and the suits cloaking and jumping abilities makes some of the players real gun toting ninjas of the highest order.

I've been playing for years and I'm still often middle of the scoreboard. I blame lag:D best I've ever done is come second.
 
I'm playing non-onliners to get this game downloaded sooner. 12% done from yesterday... according to Steam.

Edit: One thing I remember very clearly (still) is when I was playing the closed/open beta (WTFIW), I had the highest score of both teams... 2180 was my score :D
