Crytek to bid on Darksiders IP

Ah ha... that's good, was wondering if its just gonna die there. lol Crytek grabbing all those THQ stuff :D
 
I'm hopeful around this. Of all places for Darksiders to land up, Crytek isn't the worst.

With the original core team on board, backed up by an amazing 3D Engine, the next Darksiders game could really elevate the series.

Darksiders 2 was great, but the visuals fell a bit flat on PC - luckily the art direction saved it IMO.

Darksiders 3 running on CryEngine 3 - my eyes are bleeding at the mere thought :eek:

Agreed. Crytek USA (or whatever they called) are basically everybody from Vigil so that's where the IP belongs.
 
This could be a good thing for the series, same dev team, and they have new toys and really awesome tech...Next game could stand a chance of some amazing visual effects and if the story is on par, then it will be a really amazing game :) cant wait to see what happens
