Cybersmart uncapped

Hi there guys

I just wanted to find out if anyone uses CYBERSMART as an ISP? they have amazing prices but how is their 10mbps uncapped line, what are their average speeds and pings?
 
I would also like to know how you guys rate them as an ISP in terms of customer service and product quality. We're thinking of moving from a Telkom 4mbps line to an ISP with a good rating, and offers a quality service. Possibly Afrihost, Cybersmart, or even Openweb
 
Doesnt FNB use Cybersmart if that is the case i was extremely unhappy with them and cancelled my uncapped account
 
Ag there is to many factors involved. best bet is to take them for a month and see how they are after that month if your not happy cancel it and try someone else till you find the right ISP for your area. Like open web and my area don't agree since its really bad webafrica is awesome here but they where to expensive and shaped too fast for me. Afrihost is just right atm.

Hmmm. We may just have to try each of them on a trial basis to see which one comes out on top. Thanks for the suggestion.

yeah thats the best thing to do fortunately none of them are on cotnract basis so it makes swapping easy until youa re happy like i said i really wasnt happy with the fnb(i think its cybersmart) uncapped speeds
