Will check this evening as our Steam "reset" time is 8pm, as far as I know the embargos are up and maybe that had something to do with it. Read some speculation that it would be a week before release, but again this is speculation.

Does the PC preload also unlock at 00:00 on steam? I know Hitman only unlocked at around 11:00 on release morning on PC.

Nice. I have 3 weeks leave starting on Thursday next week. Gonna spend a lot of that time playing DSIII.
