Dark Souls 3

Playing a strength and dex build. Though more strength. ds 1 and 2 I never put anything into my vigor lol.

I made it to the Undead Cathedral so far. Loving the game! I spent quite a long time to help people with some of the bosses and got my 30 sunlight medals!

Here's what my character looks like currently:

My 30 sunlight medals right after I achieved it. I actually have more now. Should start invading people and drop it for them. Someone invaded me and gave me free embers. Very nice.

Made my way to Road of Sacrifices, but calling it a day right there. Not in the mood for this area and what comes next right now.

Up to level 25 now, here is what my character currently looks like:

You're in the same place I am at the moment. The swamp of misery and giant crabs awaits :)

I forgot how much I hate the fact that items in your quick inventory remain even if you have 0 of said item.

Unfortunately the two pics that follow are both from last week. Will post new pics tomorrow.

I finally got lightning spear and other miracles so my character is a lot more hardcore now!

I see you rocking Second Chance, and so sad I somehow missed Onion Bro here in the kitchen.

Haha that second chance miracle has saved me so often. It uses two attunement slots but i don't go without it at all anymore. :)

Aww that sucks that you missed him! See, it's one advantage of not playing blind. But then you experience everything for the first time whereas I know what's coming. It's a tough one!

But you can get him in the next playthrough.

Yeah I'll kill him for sure.

What rings do you guys tend to favour?

I use all kinds of faith rings. One is an extra attunement slot. Two of them are extra miracle damage. And one is faster spell casting I think. Not even sure if that one works for miracles to be honest.

I finished the game yesterday and it was amazing. They can bring out a Dark Souls every year and I'll play it. Over the last year I played all three of them and unfortunately I can't play Boodborne or Demon's Souls.

I did everything in the game except Archdragon Peak. Will do that when I eventually get the dlc. Just waiting for the season pass to go on special.

Interestingly I played a faith build in all 3 games. This made the third one the most challenging because you only get offensive miracles three quarters into the game. Plus the miracles are rather weak up until when you reach at least 45+ faith. However after I got the Great Lightning Spear, the game changed for me. I suddenly did a lot of damage. Especially against the final boss! He was a walkover!

Not so much the two bosses before that however. The Dragonslayer Armour didn't take much damage from lightning and one half of the final boss of cinder didn't take much damage from lightning either which made it the most difficult encounter I had in the game.

It's truly a masterpiece.

Here's a picture of my character towards the end:

Congrats dude! I'm still a long way off in my current playthrough.

You say can't play Bloodborne. There is a simple solution; buy a PS4. [emoji14] But seriously though, Bloodborne is worth buying a PS4 for.
