when holding the bow drawn back for to long in TLOU can kill you, technology has gone too far...

Mine works!

With DSfix, X360 controller and XO controller, it's just I hate GFWL and thus I cannot save, just waiting for the Steam transfer to fix that.

Dark Souls Steam migration details coming on Monday


Bandai Namco community manager J Kartje has provided another update about the Steam migration process for Dark Souls. Last we heard from him, he was suggesting the transition would occur “in the coming weeks” and probably prior to 20 December.

That target would appear to be on course, as Kartje’s latest tweet about Dark Souls’ escape from the clutches of Games for Windows Live states that details about the migration are expected on Monday (15 December.)

Must thank you guys for this link. Just tried to run Dark Souls again, and lo and behold, it worked....sort of, game launched, but the actual game play was like the top left quarter of my screen. At least it runs now, but because of the MS game crap, one cant save. Very happy to see Dark Souls getting fixed. Will give it another go after the fix.
 
Killed the bell demon. Easy pezy. though the knight at the bottom of the tower was hard.

I don't think he was a black night. He had a dragon tooth for a weapon. I don't find the black knights that hard. And damn I still have a long sword :-/ got the bore helmet now.

No I just killed them now and got the tail and the helmet. Not that hard. Finding this game not too difficult.

This is the beauty of Dark Souls, the game is as hard as you want it to be.
Rich, deep lore and so much to discover. Love it!
I hope you aren't using any guides or anything? Going in blind?!

no guides going in blind. I killed the first boss by the walkway a while back so I knew how to kill him quick. Got stuck by the drake when I stopped playing. Killed the boar before I tried the drake. didn't realize there was a lot more around the boar. Now I am doing it properly. I know how to play it now.

But from playing and finishing dark souls 2 there are similar patterns. But I am still enjoying it a lot. Though when I get to cocky then I die :p
 
Please be careful when you do this, I lost all my characters. That includes a SL 203, she has been my main for years. T_T Still trying to see if there is a way to retrieve them.
