Yeah I saw. But I'm not allowed to buy it because I've got too many games. So I have to get through many of them before I'm allowed to buy games again. :) I've got a lot of credit at AWX so may also get it through there at some stage if I don't trade it or get it as a present.

I played the first game up to the first Knight guarding an area. Couldn't get past him. Shelved the game out of frustration.

This might be a good idea for all games - to try and get a bunch of gamers on the forum to committing to a specific game to share expriences and tips. Possibly prefix threads with [MyGame] to easily identify them, possibly even a subforum later on? The OP can then be updated with the list of members, their chosen platform and Steam / XBOX Live / PSN / Origin / whatever account name for others who might want to join in.

For instance:
[MyGame] Dark Souls
[MyGame] Stardew Valley

That's a good idea! I'll create a thread for the Dark Souls one tomorrow morning.

So will you be joining us? I see Malice is playing already but I'd like to finish the games I'm busy with first.
 
I'm in for another DS1 run. Will be on PC so if anyone wants help or to chat on TS3 while we venture through, I'm happy to join.

I agree with no guides or walk through. Speak to NPCs. Read item descriptions. Just watch how the world unfolds as you proceed and just think about everything carefully.

There is no hand holding.

I was really put off my the difficulty of the game. I guess I'm just not hardcore enough for it. You lot go on ahead and enjoy it. :)

Na man with some help and guidance here, you can get far. All you need is patience, and knowing where to go. If you'll be playing on PC, we can run it and I can put my summon sign down for you and we can clear zones?

Also, [MENTION=20]Solitude[/MENTION], create that thread and let's get a list of people who're gonna venture into Lordran.
