Yeah that Deep Down checks pretty cool it looks like a mixture of Dragons Dogma/Dark souls.

I remember watching some Deep Down gameplay and I wasn't that impressed.
The music that plays while you're playing really removes the atmospheric side of things. If I remember correctly, the point of the game is to face your fears.

I actually found tbe Gaping Dragon to be the easiest boss fight despite the way it looks.

Same as what I mentioned earlier in the thread. I could block most of his attacks outright without flinching and losing much stamina.
Despite that, he still killed me twice
(controller button for block wasn't working!)I am now in Anor Londo, after beating the Iron Golem. Knocked his legs a few times and made him tumble. Then I just smashed away! I must say, Sen's Fortress is pretty awesome. IT killed me so many times, for 2 reasons:
1. Because it's deviously hard.
2. Because I'm an idiot. Lol.
At one point the game actually made me go :"Fuckit. <Xbox Off>"

I used the Gold-Hemmed set with the crystal halberd for range and BKS+5 for up close and personal

I'm sticking to all out defense. Havel's Armour. Havel's Shield +5. Black Knight Halberd +5.
Although, I am considering getting Artorias' Great Shield. More or less the same stats as Havel's Shield, just with better stability.

I went for all out strength and endurance. Tank n spank for everything. Killed the 4 kings in 4 hits hahaha
