I dont know about that sy - maybe wait for it to go to the bargain bin.
It looked like fun to me as well but with other great titles about to be released soon i dont know if it would be worth getting now.
Its due for release on the 29th of Jan in RSA.

KK shot for the heads up but I must say I enjoy games that involve both air and ground control :D reminds me of BF2 :D

Well hopefully the reviewers have got it wrong - but I find Metacritic to be a good gauge of whether a title will be good or not - but even if Napoleon TW gets a 60 - LoL I will still buy it.

I played the demo and I must say, I was not impressed. The controls are really crappy, the only "good" thing about the game is the cover system. I'll file this one under "games to avoid like the plague", along with Rogue Warrior, Damnation and Legendary.

Don't really believe / trust reviews anymore... Will wait for the 'real' results.

I have to agree with you there. Reviewers these days only need to be able to write decently to get the job. Real critical thinking is seldom in their articles, and they are too quick to give high marks for high production values. Speaking to a friend it seems a some reviewers even ask devs for walkthroughs just to speed it through a game; which I am sure can skew their views. I am sure many don't even complete games before they write their reviews.

I guess it all depends on ones genre preferences. Personally I love RPG's of all flavours, so some that get 70% will still work for me. However most action titles under 85% will do absolutely NOTHING for me.
