Decent Video editing program for windows 10

I need a decent video editor, that I can combine two vids with plus cut out sections that isnt needed. Its all video that my dad took of his racing with his fake gopro camera.

If you don't wanna spemd there is always windows movie editor. I actually prefer it as it's simple.

Ok awesome thanks guys, that might just be it. We just want something easy to use so that I can do my work and not faff with his freaking crap all day
