Deep Down first gameplay footage and details

Gameplay kinda reminds me of an underground type of Dark souls. Hope it is btw because that game was awesome.
 
Seems like it could be interesting but I'm extremely sceptical because it's a Capcom release. I've been sorely disappointed by all Capcom games I've bought over the last 3 years. Every time I tell myself it'll be different and every time I'm proven wrong.
The music over the first video interferes with the dialogue a bit and what I could hear sounded like the trademark translated Japanese to English that I've come to expect from Capcom.
So I personally don't think this will be anything special.
