delayed order from amazon

Hey. I've ordered an item from amazon almost 3 months ago but still haven't received it yet. The item should have been delivered on the 1st of October. I suspect it might be stuck at customs. How can I confirm this?

If you ordered from .co.uk then it's stuck at the Post Office due to the strike. If it's from .com then it should have come via courier.

I ordered some Canvas prints from Deviant Art and I've been waiting for them for 2 months so far.

I was just gonna ask cos I ordered stuff from the American side and got it in two weeks.

I investigated the order for Pet and found that USPS never picked up the parcel, and that it is now out of stock with Amazon.

I forgot to check if an automatic refund was processed but I have a feeling that that is the reason for not receiving it.
