Dell XPS Issues

Need some advice please..

Here is the history, have a quick read and let me know what you think the issue could be

Laptop has been doing the following,

Screen wont turn on when the pc comes out of sleep mode
USB ports disconnect
Laptop locks up for 20 seconds and then starts working again
AC is in and battery not showing as charging, remove battery and AC works fine, battery icons shows 21% remaining and wont move off that.

What has been replaced so far:
New Motherboard
2 x new hard drives
1 x new screen

Running Windows 7 SP1
Ive run full system tests and everything passes

Dell have said its the AC, but then if I remove the battery, should it not turn off??

Thoughts?

Is your battery discharging or is it just not charging at a high enough rate and thus remaining at 21%?

Do you have the Dell Battery Information utility installed? If yes, is it showing your battery health as healty? Is it showing the battery as charging? What is your charge rate in Watt?

Do you have the latest BIOS version? Have you reset the BIOS values to default after updating the BIOS?

I does not say charging it just says battery remaining 21%
The battery tests I've done say its healthy
Not sure on the charge watts???

Yes its the latest bios and ive done all the bios settings

I also have had the screen not come on after goin t osleep, and also had the screen just go white after coming out of sleep mode. I have a Dell XPS L702x. Pisses me off.

Miraculously its fixed itself but I do find this PC is rather erratic in terms of problems. Hope you come right though, I've never had those other problems.

I have the Dell XPS L502X, the problem I am having is that the screen mysteriously turns off, then after 2 or 3 seconds, it comes on. Its been happening quite a lot recently.

Could be heat???

Mine has done it a few times as well but not as often

Update on my machine, now the battery charges fine and all system tests pass with no errors......
