Demon's Souls PS3

Demon Souls is hard, like Ninja Gaiden. Plus you can play it online co-op :)
GTA4,Dark Sector will always be there. Besides PURE is poo-poo compared to GT5 :p
 
Hahaha, yeah man I am so amped about getting Demon's Souls but it is the difficulty that is worrying me. I'm worried that I want to through my controller through my screen out of sheer frustration within minutes of gameply. I thought PURE was pretty cool, it's definately not GT5 but it's fun. Am about 75% sure that I'm gonna go for Demon's Souls now and maybe try to pick up the other games at a later stage. Am just waiting for Zaps to get back to me on the Demon's Souls order. (I kinda ordered it when I started this thread, didn't know how their order system worked and they sent me a reference number. I don't know if it's still applicable)
 
Am gonna try to watch it now, but I've kinda reached my cap, so my internetz is now throttled so it might take a while to stream.
 
Frikkin Epic monsters :D Ill prob get this next month and then wait for Darksiders to arrive which looks even more EPIC :cool:
 
Have watched that clip about halfway now, and I must say I'm getting more and more inclined to get Demon's Souls isntead of the three other games, for now. I'm still a bit worried about the difficulty though.
 
That one monster reminds me of that huge frikkin thing with the guns on its back in Gears of War :p I've read so many reviews on it, they say its totally worth it once you get used to it :)
Have you ever played Ninja Gaiden?
 
Have read a lot of reviews as well, and they all talk about how insanely hard it is. Nope, have never had the (dis)pleasure of playing Ninja Gaiden
 
It's called Ninja Gaiden Sigma on PS3 ;) It's only hard cause be got so pansy about the whole "save anywhere" era. Not like arcades used to be ;)
 
Have watched the whole clip now, and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go for Demon's Souls. Now the next problem that I face is having to wait a while for the game to get here :p. I think ill try make a plan to get PURE or Dark Sector 2nd hand while I wait for it to come.

Game overload? In the past when I got too many games I would seldom finish any.
 
Haha, no i can never have too many games. I tend to play more than one game at a time due to a very short attention span, I usually get bored with a game after two or three hours, no matter how awesome it is. Besides, these days all I do with my free time is play games (and the occasional jamming session). My life basically consists of working, skipping classes and postponing assignments :p, playing guitar and LOTS of gaming. :)
 
maybe you should just get Demon Souls now. And get Batman later on, I've read us PS3 oke's are gettin exclusive Joker stages where we can play as him. And the reviews are very good :D
 
I was thinking about getting Batman, but I'm not so big on the stealth games (I suck horribly in anything even remotely concerning stealth). I've seen the reviews and it has actually made me consider getting it. The other problem there is that I won't have the cash when it's released. I basically have about R800 - R900 to spend on games this month, due to my insane phone bill (R1300!!!). I also don't think I will get it next month, because I really wanna get Uncharted 2 and maybe WET early October and then end October to November it's Borderlands, Dragon Age, Modern Warfare 2, and Assassin's Creed 2. And then I'm also trying to save up for a new PC. So much games, so little money! :(
 
Don't forget Darksiders,God of War,Risen,Brutal Legend,Rachet n Clank,GT5,Dirt2,Alpha Protocol,RE5,Ninja Gaiden 2 and Arcania :p
 
I can't believe i forgot about Alpha Protocol, it's one of the games I want the most. That and Dragon Age, I love anything from BioWare and Obsidion (even NWN2 with all its bugs). And I want all the others too!!!!!! I just have to wait until about April for my new PC so I can play Risen ...
 
And in other news, I finally got the damn motion control's right for defeating the Kraken boss in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (borrowed it from a friend yesterday, not too bad). I now go off to bed as I still have some reading to catch up and tommorow is gonna be a long day at work. Am gonna dream of Demon's Souls now, mmmmmmmmmmm :p
