Hmm How about something like a Logitech Harmony One built into one of my arms. So I won't ever lose a remote...again. Well till I lose my arm that is..
 
An augmentation of my eyes that would allow me to alter the visuals of my real-life surroundings (the changes would only be able to be seen by me) e.g. changing peoples hair colour, pitch of voice, weight, gender. There would also be an undo and "restore factory settings" feature in case I wanted to...start all over again :) The reason for this augmentation would just simply be for all the lols I would get from seeing the world in my own unique way :)

I'd totally want healing augmentations (although this might be a DX1 only augmentation). Tissue gets damaged, fixed. Got flu? Nope, super l33t snazzy wootwoot fixit. Aging? Not while tissue can be repaired I won't!

Muwhahahaahaha!

P.S. I'm just in this for the shirt, my CE arrives tomorrow :love:
 
An augmentation to amplify body speeds, so I can win every button-mashing game forever!
And it will scare all the koreans on starcraft 2 away with my dazzling 9001 APM :D

About to get mugged or hijacked? Go invisible.
About to pay for your pie and coke at the garage? Go invisible, with your pie and coke in tow.
Get home smelling like booze and strippers and greeted at the door by an angry wife? Once again, go invisible.

I would have a augmented jaw for my... well dislocated jaw.

It doesn't not sound very cool but is, an actual problem XD

And then I can bite of certain peoples fingers in BF3. ( I am not naming names, when you feel you will know) :)
 
My eyes. Just to be able to have the information relating on any object I look at given to me at a glance and also super zooming capabilities! That would be frikken awesome!
 
I'll go with augmented reality... augmentation.

Basically, you'd see the a HUD like Crysis 2 which feeds you information about what you see. Stupid example: the HUD would display the estimated height and weight of the people in your field of view.

If the augmentation includes links to law-enforcement databases, it would also perform facial recognition and show you their full profile.

Come to think of it, it'll be like those goggles in Heavy Rain!
 
Edit: Ok nvm someone already mentioned my first idea.

I want a time-travel augmentation... where I can see a few minutes into the future (let's not be greedy here) :D

I want an augmentation that allows me to breathe underwater. That way I can explore the other 70% of the planet that has never really been made life proof for humans.
 
Eyes. With targeting software connected to my muscles. Basically II'll have a reticule in my line of sight and my aim will always be perfect for anything aiming related. You'll have a perfect shot with a gun, perfect game of pool everytime, you'll be the Springbok flyhalf cause you can't miss a kick, ever!

PS. I soooo want this game, I already paid for my pre-orders of Rugby challenge and BF3 before I watched the Deus EX trailer and now budget went for a ball of *&#.! :( That trailer looks sick!!

I want my eyes to be I want an augmented eyes. So I can zoom and just be able to see stuff in great detail. All my senses. Also a mp3,4 player. Being able to watch stuff with out any screen anywhere I please. :D
 
I'd want a Johnny Mnemonic style one, where I can use my brain for storage, no more having to look for a flash drive or mobile drive, with a thunderbolt port added for fast data transfer.
 
I want an augmentation that allows me to be able to see everything's history, and call up the history and current status of anything. I.e who touched that object, what is the object made of, where are my keys, where are the pieces of ash of that paper I burned right now.
