Deus Ex: The Fall confirmed and teased

The voice seems to be that of Bob Page, hinting that it's either before Human Revolution, or between HR and the original that this game will take place

I hope to see more of Bob Page, Walton Simons or Tracer Tong a bit grown up from HR. CANNOT WAIT. Maybe a mission or 2 for Versalife for good measure :p

I don't think so, if it was it was an extremely good port.

it was a port but the crystal engine (same one the new tomb raider game uses) is extremely flexible just like the MT Framework engine from capcom.

GAMING BLEND
Deus Ex: Human Revolution On PC Won't Be A Piss Poor Console Port

Poor PC gamers lately have been getting the shaft when it comes to multiplatform games. Oftentimes the PC version -- out of sheer laziness or in an attempt to spite pirates -- of a multiplatform game is riddled with game inhibiting bugs, glitches or compatibility issues. Well, Eidos is making sure that PC gamers can experience Deus Ex the way it was meant to be played with full DX11 support and a number of other niceties to ensure that PC gamers won’t be treated like the red-headed stepchild of the gaming community.

In an exclusive interview with GameSpy, PC gamers are reassured that Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a ‘game designed on PC for consoles and ported back to PC’ like so many other games that have come out this generation.

I can't comment on Deus Ex on PC, since i played it on xbox, but I'm busy playing tomb raider on pc and its damn cool, no complaints.

I finished it on Xbox, and now doing a play through on PC, and between you can in fact see that it is a port, it is a very good port. Like the PC version much more I must say.

Well this sucks. So much for great PC ports.

Square Enix has announced Deus Ex: The Fall, the first game in a new series of mobile games developed by N-Fusion, the studio behind arcadey iOS flight game Air Mail, in collaboration with Eidos Montréal.

The Fall includes never before seen characters from the Random House novel Deus Ex: The Icarus effect, and the game picks up directly after the book’s conclusion. Players are cast as Ben Saxon, a former British SAS mercenary intent on getting to the bottom of a conspiracy around the supply of a drug that augmented humans need to survive.

Jean-Francois Dugas, executive director at Eidos Montréal, said in a press release that the development team had created “a whole new story and controls for intuitive touchscreen gameplay,” promising players “the full Deus Ex experience.”

Just remember the other game these guys are working on, say it 3 times and you'll be much happier

Thief , Thief , Thief.

From details released around that game, I am most definitely not happy.

True. Thief could end up being a big disappointment. It has been in dev hell for years and changed so many times due to personnel coming and going. I fear we may have another DNF in Thief's case. :(
